
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel our services we allow for 100% cancellations and refunds strictly in regards to the policy listed below.

This is how it works:

Refund Policy: Once you signup for our services and purchase a credit repair package, after making your full or first recurring payment you must contact us and request a cancellation of services and or refund within 72hrs from the start of service date. The start of service date is the same date of purchase. Since we begin working on our clients credit almost immediately we can not provide refunds after 72hrs has passed.
Recurring Payments and Automatic Payments: If you have selected one of our payment plans with the split payment option or recurring payments we can cancel all future payments and cancel services. Please note the first recurring payment can not be refunded after 72hrs has passed.

We must receive your cancellation request 7 business days prior to your payment date in order to successfully cancel any automatic, recurring, and or split payments.

All Clients: Any cancellation request within the first 72hrs of purchase will be provided with a full refund. (Minus the non-refundable $25 credit report fee).
